1. Our commitment

We treat accessibility as part of doing good work, not an afterthought. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard support, and sufficient contrast, and we test as we ship. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we keep improving.

2. The standard we target

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across our marketing site and Command Center.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA are the widely recognized benchmark for accessible web experiences. We use them as our target and measure our work against them.

3. What we do

  • Semantic structure and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate.
  • Full keyboard operability with visible focus states.
  • Color contrast tuned to meet AA on our dark theme.
  • Labeled form fields and accessible names on interactive controls.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — animations are reduced or removed when you ask your system to.
  • Alternatives for non-text content where it conveys meaning.

4. Known limitations

We’re a small, fast-moving team and some areas may not yet fully conform — for example, occasional third-party embeds or newly shipped features. Where we find gaps, we prioritize fixes. If something blocks you, please tell us (below) and we’ll help directly while we fix the root cause.

5. Report a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@icarusworks.aiwith the page, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using. We’ll acknowledge your message and work with you toward a resolution.
