Human & Workplace Rights

We’re a small company, so we’ll keep this honest and free of corporate theater. These are the standards we hold ourselves and the people we work with to.

1. Our stance

Icarus Works, operated by Dominion Studios, is committed to treating people with dignity — the people who work with us, the businesses we serve, and everyone in our supply chain. We don’t pretend to have a global compliance department; we do commit to the principles below and to acting on them.

2. Fair treatment

Everyone who works with us — employees and contractors alike — deserves fair pay for honest work, clear expectations, and a respectful working relationship. We don’t tolerate harassment, bullying, or retaliation.

3. Anti-discrimination & equal opportunity

We make decisions about work and partnerships based on merit and fit — never on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.

4. Contractor & vendor expectations

We expect the contractors and vendors we engage to uphold the same standards: lawful, fair treatment of their own people; no forced or child labor; and honest dealing. Serious or unaddressed violations are grounds for ending the relationship.

5. Anti-slavery & human trafficking

Zero tolerance. We do not use or knowingly support forced labor, bonded labor, child labor, or human trafficking anywhere in our operations or supply chain.

As a small, digital-first company our supply chain is limited (primarily software vendors), but our commitment doesn’t scale down. If we ever learn of such practices connected to our work, we’ll act to end them.

6. Raising concerns

If you believe these standards are being violated in connection with Icarus Works, tell us at support@icarusworks.ai. We take good- faith reports seriously and won’t retaliate against anyone who raises a concern honestly.
